Dr Rob Parsons OBE, MA

Dr. Rob Parsons OBE MA is an internationally renowned speaker, best-selling author, and founder of the national charity Care for the Family. Over the past 30 years, he has addressed more than a million people at events across the UK and around the world, sharing his insights on family life. He has spoken before government representatives in the UK’s Houses of Parliament, given evidence to Parliamentary committees, and met with leaders in countries such as Zambia, Uganda, and Swaziland. Driven by a deep passion for family life, Rob’s mission is to support families everywhere, regardless of their circumstances. Rob has authored thirty books—selling more than a million copies in multiple languages—including the Sunday Times business bestsellers The Heart of SuccessThe Money Secret, and The Sixty Minute series on relationships, and his most recent book, A Knock at the Door – the story of how a homeless man came to stay for a night, and never left.

Rob lives in Cardiff, South Wales, with his wife Dianne and they have two adult children and five grandchildren. In 2012, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List for services to family life.
