Cuppa + Connect
The First Friday of each month
Come along and join us…
Next group Friday 3rd July 10am-11.30am
Cuppa and Connect is Havenswood’s warm, welcoming friendship group supporting families raising neurodivergent children.
It’s a relaxed space to share a drink, enjoy a tasty treat, and connect with others who understand - but it’s also much more!
Alongside peer support, families can access informal, professional advocacy and advice from qualified and experienced practitioners, a wealth of information leaflets and top tips, explore resources, and even try out a range of sensory equipment and fidget tools from our new sensory library. There will also be useful items for sale.
Children are welcome in our kids corner - a calm space where they can relax, use our craft table and fidgets, bring their own tablets or games, and use our free WiFi.
Above all, Cuppa and Connect is about building a supportive network where no one feels left out or alone, and where every family feels heard, understood and valued. Carer grandparents are also welcome too.
Come along and be part of the Havenswood community as we grow our Village, re- shape educational support and build meaningful, compassionate advocacy for neurodivergent families - not just for today, but for the future.
