Amy is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of industry experience and a strong specialism in brand identity and strategic communications. After graduating with a first-class honours degree in English, she began her career with the Jamie Oliver Group, where she was instrumental in shaping brand direction and delivering impactful national campaigns. She now serves as Head of Marketing at the Duggleby Group, leading a talented team in driving growth, elevating brand presence, and executing strategic initiatives across the company’s diverse operations.

Outside of work, Amy and her husband Jake are proud parents to two boys. Their eldest son’s diagnosis of ADHD and autism has given Amy a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and difficulties faced by neurodivergent children and their families. This experience fuels her commitment to supporting others on similar journeys – particularly in helping parents navigate the search for educational environments where their children can feel valued, understood and able to thrive.
