StartUp Sparks
Turning strengths into real-world opportunities

StartUp Sparks is a practical, strengths-based entrepreneurship programme for neurodivergent teenagers aged 13–18. It is designed to help young people turn their interests, passions and unique ways of thinking into small, manageable micro-business ideas.

Many neurodivergent young people have deep focus, creativity, honesty, problem-solving ability and specialist knowledge in areas they love. StartUp Sparks helps them recognise these strengths as assets and explore how they can be used in the real world — whether through digital art, tutoring, craft products, lawn care, gaming support, baking, tech help or other interest-led ideas.

This is not a traditional business studies course. It is practical, creative and supportive. Young people work in small groups in a calm, structured environment, with clear step-by-step guidance and experienced facilitators who understand neurodivergent profiles.
